Product Warranty – Backed by Lux

All Lux products supplied by Wiebe are protected by Lux’s industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty, effective from the date of manufacture.

• Labour charges apply after two (2) years from the date of manufacture.

• The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for as long as the original purchaser owns their home, up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) years.

• If the home changes ownership, coverage may transfer to the new owner for up to twenty-five (25) years from the date of manufacture.

• Coverage applies only to products and services as outlined in the Lux Comprehensive General Warranty.

Specific Product Coverages

• Exterior Metal Cladding: Limited lifetime warranty against flaking, peeling, or blistering of the surface finish.

• PVC (Vinyl) Extrusions: Limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• Insulating Glass: Limited lifetime warranty against seal failure on sealed units purchased after Dec. 7, 2010 (ten years prior to this date). Installation charges apply after two (2) years. One (1) year coverage against spontaneous breakage due to defects. Decorative in-glass components such as blinds or grills are not covered for rattling.

• Decorative Doorlites: Ten (10) year limited warranty against visual defects, workmanship issues, and seal failure (including internal blinds). Installation charges apply after two (2) years.

• Fiberglass Doors: Ten (10) year limited warranty against warping or delamination, provided the door has not been altered in size.

• Interior & Exterior Wood Components: Due to natural variations, wood exposed to the elements is not covered under warranty in natural, stained, or painted condition.

• Operating Hardware: Limited lifetime warranty on all operating hardware. Truth Hardware products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
